In Russia we say: «Хорошего человека должно быть много»
It means that good person should have “good” weight.
I support healthy lifestyle and say “В здоровом теле здоровый дух» What means that In healthy body lives healthy soul.
Türkiye’de yemekten daha önemli şey yok. Kayak merkezine gidiyoruz, kayak yapan kişi sayısı 10, sucuk ekmek yiyen 100 😂

A very body positive one))
We have a proverb saying that while a fat man will be losing weight a slim one will die. It's much less elegant and doctors say is not true. Yours is an exquisite piece of folk wisdom)
