Yes it is comfortable to hear it spoken that way. Most of us say "wanna" for "want to". Its a bit lazy but completely normal.

It is less comfortable seeing it written. I'm not so young any more, and I would never write "wanna" unless reporting speech, and even then rarely.

I feel much more uncomfortable seeing people here asking about "smth" or "sth" or whatever it is they write for "somebody". That isn't how we say it, but perhaps it is a texting thing, and younger people feel differently. I don't know.

I don't have "uncomfortable" feelings when it comes to this sort of style of speaking. Like Hazel, I get a little more irritated by "text-speak" when I have to read it. I guess I just respect language enough that I dislike seeing it go to waste with unnecessary abbreviations and short-cuts. But that's just me.

'What would you like to do ?' is more polite, and should be used in more formal situations.

"What do you wanna do?" or, more properly written 'What do you want to do ?' is fine with friends and close associates.
