I think it depends on how old the child is i guess. It should be monitored by parents and teachers, as it can cause alot of problems, best for them to wait until they are mature and capable of making the right decision, as it affects the rest of their life. Thank you

How can you "allow" such a thing? How can you "forbid" such a thing? People who think they can allow or forbid such things are ignorant. Don't listen to any of them!
