If someone can't do his job without help he (she) is a bad employee and should be fired. I don't mean beginners, they  should be trained.

Some people even don't try solving their problem, they make others do it, right?

I help only if I want to help.

I ask for help only if I'm not able to solve my problem myself, and I am never offended with refuse.  I look for another possibility.

it depends if person get problem, most influening way is to make feel that it is my problem not ur or stay with them.......

I know what you shouldn't to do: you shouldn't solve others' problems and you shouldn't do others' work.

Sometimes we can make somebody calm just by listening to him or her.
