I think that Hangul in 15 Minutes is th best. It is a comic, and it teaches you everything you need to start reading right away. You can find it online:)
It is very easy to learn to read Korean. With a few hours of study, you should be able to read most words and from then all you will need is practice to improve your reading speed.
Here are some good websites to help you learn to read Korean:
http://www.koreanwikiproject.com/wiki/Learn_hangeul (use this one first, very clear and easy),
http://langintro.com/kintro/toc.htm (this one will teach you more advanced rules).

Here's how I learned the majority of the letters. Hangul is the simplest script on the planet! It is so elegant too because of it.
Note that this video series is not finished, so to finish up your learning use this periodic table of hangul for the other letters: <a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=periodic+hangul;&es_sm=122&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=5MhpU5P-AYSSyASOooC4Dg&ved=0CCoQsAQ&biw=864&bih=810#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=L0qPkfBFblU_yM%253A%3BBHHKYbzR5qeVZM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.keytokorean.com%252Fwp-content%252Fuploads%252F2014%252F02%252F02.08.Hangulposter-AboutLetters.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.keytokorean.com%252Fclasses%252Fbeginner%252Flearn-how-to-read-anything-in-korea-by-learning-hangul%252F%3B1920%3B1200">periodic hangul; - Google Search</a>
