You Can speak easily. But firstly do practice speak english with someone. When you are alone then also do practice speak english with mirror.I hope you will soon speak english better and speedly.

I believe that speaking the language you are learning (English) with a native speaker is one of the best ways to improve your speech, but I understand that this is not always an option. Your other options are to watch movies and listen to music in English, and if you already know the basics of English, it will be easier to understand and replicate, or copy.
