I think you should never miss breakfast, brunch, lunch, pre-dinner, dinner, pre-sessert, dessert #2 and a post-dinner snack :)

Well, for me breakfest is the most important meal of the day not only because it is important but because it is so GOOD!!! Im even hungry right now LOL (laughing out loud)

depends on the culture. Medics tends to say that it should be breakfast, however here in Argentina the most imporants meal are both launch and dinner

I think that is breakfast, always and when breakfast is balanced and nutritive.
but also is important drink water during day and eat fruits for get its nutrients. ;)
