What is the allomorph of the plural morpheme  that occurs in the group of words  (agend_date_strata_media_desiderata)

Did you copy the words correctly? For them to have the same allomorph I think the first two should be "agenda" and "data", in which case they use the morpheme "a" to form the plural, although "agenda" in modern English is treated as a singular noun.
