This is a question about "Dark L sound," which is an L behind a vowl like "fall," "pool," and "milk," "able," "google" "Rachel" etc.
I learned TWO ways to pronounce it, and they are VERY different. Do they both correct? Or one of them is wrong?
1. Put the tip of your tongue behind your front teeth. Like this video,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbIQ1kAw3jw&......... at 0:36, he said "Both of the light and dark L sound. The tongue is on the alveolar ridge behind the teeth, but "Dark L sound" doesn't "Flick."
2. Move the bottom of your tongue. Like this 38 second video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_Yyc85PGwk She totally disagree with him. She said "The back of the tongue presses down and back" and "tongue tip doesn't lift at all."

i watched both videos. I can see why you are confused. The second video is definitely accurate but I don't think these two videos are detailed enough .
"fall, able, google, rachel " are at the back as she said .
I would recommend this video : This might be a bit more helpful as she has diagrams and has more detail.
