Please put quotation marks around the phrases to which you want to bring attention. Otherwise, it is difficult to know what you are asking. Also, since you say "which one" you need to say "or", not "and". So, you need to write
"Glance askance" or "askance glance".
These are not common expressions but they are grammatical and make sense. They have little in common. In the first, "glance" appears to be a verb and "askance" is an adverb. In the second, "glance" appears to be a noun, and "askance" appears to be an adjective. Those judgements are not absolute. A skillful speaker could reassign the roles of the words, but those are the most obvious interpretations. Use one when you need a verb and use the other when you need a noun.

Usage is quite uncommon, usually I have heard it as 'to look askance,' rather than to 'glance askance,' although the latter rhymes and might be more often used as a standalone phrase. I've never heard 'askance glance' used.
