What does "swagger" mean in this sentence?
To drink, there are craft beers and cocktails with swagger to a whole wall of bold American wines.
I see on the Google that it has become a software's name, but a dictionary says it's a disappearing word (https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/us/definition/english/swagger_2). Does this sentence sound old? (I don't know the source.)

Thank you, Sarah. :)
I was misreading the dictionary and it's "disapproving." Not "disappearing." :P
It's confusing because of the omission of "anything from," right? Because of this omission, we're not sure if it's omitting commas again, before and after "with swagger." If there are omitted commas there, the "with swagger" is to modify the "to a whole wall of bold American wines," I guess.

This is quite a confusing sentence. I think swagger is actually referring to the cocktails. It’s a list that’s building up toward the highlight of lots of wines.
To drink:
Craft beers
Cocktails with swagger
A whole wall of (wide variety of) bold American wines.
It would make more sense if it said: To drink, there is anything from craft beers and cocktails with swagger, to a whole wall of bold American wines.
I would say that swagger as a word is still in use. I wouldn’t use it everyday, but when the moment arises it useful.
“He swaggered in, drunk as a sunk, and started babbling on about the rugby results.”
- This sentence would also would quite well with ‘staggered’ instead of ‘swaggered’ but that would imply inability to walk, rather than an annoyingly high level of confidence.

Thank you, Justin. :) Does this sentence mean "there are from craft beers and cocktails to wines"?

Haha, as s software engineer, I know why Swagger comes up on the top of search results! It's very popular!
I think in this context, "swagger" means "ostentatious display", i.e. showing off those bold American wines.
