非常用漢字

ある言葉で非常用漢字があります。
醤油、蛋白、咀嚼、喧嘩、鞦韆、酩酊、癲癇...
普通の日本人に、この漢字を読むが読めることができますか？
書くことは？
そして旧字体漢字は？( 國とか學とか）
私にとって、そんな漢字を覚えるは必要がありますか？
まだどこか使いますか？
私、知らない言葉か漢字に会う時、記憶します。する。
でも、もし　誰もその漢字が読めないなら。。。この漢字を記憶する・・なんか無意味な努力。

I can read most characters you write:
「醤油」・・・・It is sometimes used, especially in cooking books. but, pesonally, most Japanese cannot write without a dictionaly. 
「蛋白」・・・・Usually it's write as hiragana characters.
「咀嚼」・・・・It's rarely used.
「喧嘩」・・・・Usually it's write as hiragana characters.
「鞦韆」・・・・I couldn't read as far as I used the dictionary and have never seen.
「酩酊」・・・・It's rarely used.
「癲癇」・・・・I saw at once or twice. 

I agree with kai and tora. If you know how to read them, It's good enough. I sometimes see 「醤油」「喧嘩」「蛋白」, but I have never writtin them.
If you cat write them without a dictionary, you are real Japanese than native Japanese.
