A book I remember my Ahmadabad days, when I got a chance to meet Sudha Murthy personally. I am a big fan of her articles and books.I read her books "Dollar Bahu" and "Mahashweta" recently. The book 'Mahashweta' reflects the life of Leucoderma patient. As an author Murthy provides not only creative plot but the way she writes can build our confidence level.The main character of the book is Anupama, who had suffered white patches after her marriage. She was neglected by her in lows and struggled a lot to survive as a woman. In her story Sudha Murthy has tried to explain the rigid social customs. At the end Anupama has gained confidence and she refused to live with her husband. I admire her strengths, will power and courage. I highly recommend this book ..

I remember my Ahmadabad days, when I got a chance to meet Sudha Murthy personally. I am a big fan of her articles and books.I read her books "Dollar Bahu" and "Mahashweta" recently.

The book 'Mahashweta' reflects the life of Leucoderma patient.
