I want to learn english.

I have long am keen to learn the eEnglish language recently.Because now sometime I need to talk be able to speak English with my colleague through english language. My speak oral eEnglish is not good poor. I find it difficult to express myself When I want to talk about on some important things topics with them.,because of my barely english,I can't express clearly to them.
