This entire thing is a text. You could say "I'll try to write a text, in English"

The first letter of sentences and proper nouns are capitals.

You're not meant to start a sentence with 'and', since it connects different parts of the same sentence. Technically, you're also not meant to write 'and' after a comma as well, but no one really cares about that (except English teachers).

"...please send me a message" could also be "please send a message to me".
