You can express yourself better by simply saying:

I need to meet partners to study and practice my English.

I need to meet language partners so that I can practice my English knowledge with them.

Thanks! but i need to work more if i want to study in another country just a little more about fluency and my stress i thinks is so bad. but thanks anyway
