I think many Japanese, especially middle aged people, are suffering from adult disease.
They need some exercises to keep fit and stay healthy.
They find hiking is the good way to get rid of fat without losing their breath.

I agree with the idea.
There are a few mountainers who have no moral.
They drop litter in the mountains.The govermments need to watch them in the public eye.

In my opinion, keeping a pet is beneficial to children's growth.
They have to be responsible for feeding and cleaning up.
It is a good chance to learn responsibilities.
