Our Traditional Food-"Levengi" In my country have a lot of traditional things, of course all countries have.If we talk about traditional things, firstly we must know what that is mean traditional? Traditional things belong to only one location,one country,one religion or one national? I think my all example possible. Traditinal something belong to social group.Maybe one of family can be traditional somethings, because family our first social group. There are a lot of traditional something, for example, food, concert, meeting,holiday,clothes and ect in our life. I think every person have traditional something, because people live together and when we live together, that time be formed traditional something. Same traditional things come us from devine religion.Well then we know what is traditional thing, I think I can try write about traditional food of my country. If I talk about traditional food of my country, I must say for example “duspere” “xingal” “levengi” and etc.. I think I will write about for “levengi”. Do you like fish? Do you like chicken? And do you like walnut, nuts and albukhara*? I think everybody like them and now think them together.If that’s so, then how can we cook it? You have two choose. Do you want “levengi” with fish or chicken? I think chicken levengi is more delicious than fish levengi but fish levengi is not bad. I try write how can cook chicken levengi. First we need a chicken but we don’t must cut it, we need it whole and we need other thing. We mixed nut, walnut and albukhara. We crush it with something then mix it. Our kitchen is there. We take it and fill inside to kitchen, of course we need other somethings but I don’t remember them. After then we plant to kitchen with something but it is very important, because in oven, kitchen can be open. If we did it, now we send the kitchen to oven.About one hours later we pull up from the oven and it is ready for service.
