The 16th century was the period in during which the House of Tudor ruled England society.
In this period, there were two historic events that brought some about significant changes in England.
The first one is the Renaissance. The Renaissiance is was a cultural momvent which involved a rebirth of letters and arts and the development of techniques.(Do you mean technology?)  Especially In particular, in the renaissance people tried to focus on the spirit of individuality and tried to argue for their own rights as a human beings.  Attention to the individual caused the development of humanism, which emphasized the value of human beings.

The second one is historic event was the Protestant Reformation by Matin Luther in 1517.
The purpose of the Reformation was to criticize(I think "question the spiritual authority of" would be a better way to say this) the Roman Catholic church of the middle ages
and to get gain a sense of spiritual freedom.
Especially, Humanists in the this period empasized the importance of education and had an a great interest in relearning Greek and Latin.
But At the same time, the power of vernacular was aslo emphasizedin during this period,
and actually a lot of transaltion came out.(I think this would sound better as, "a lot of works were translated as a result.")
Then what about 16th century English literature?
It is divided into two parts,.  These are the early Tudor literature and the Elizabethan period.
In the Elizabethan Age, which is called referred to as a golden age, the literature was also prospered
and a lot of great writers lived this period. (This would sound more natural as, "there were many great writers and literature prospered.")
Today, our group will cover two renaissiance women authors, (This would sound more natural as, "female authors of the Renaissance") but before it that, let's see look at (you could also say, "talk about") the women status status of women in that century.
In the 16th century, women were urged to be silent and obedient to men.
But There was an excpetion, however. Even someone who had a feeling of hating hated women had to acknowledge the commanding authority of the women on top. (This wording is vague.  Perhaps "female aristocracy" would be a better choice of words.)
There were four representative female rulers,.
Then, The next (this should be "first" if you have not already spoken of the other female rulers.)reperesenter (If this is referring to another person who will speak, it would be more natural to say "presentation.") will cover Elizabeth 1.
