It would be interesting to travel on the train system in India, something like Ghandi did before he became active in the Indian liberation movement. I would have a preference for the mountains like the western Ghats and also the Tamil areas in the south-east. I love Indian cooking, it is one of the great cuisines of the world (but I'm not sure if it would like me !)
