Sweeping generalizations

Sometime people have a tendency to make sweeping generalizations about other countries, and it happens the same thing in Italy as well. We think English people are gentlemen but have horrible food, Americans are cool but sometimes they can be arrogant and of course they have bad food, Germans are beer drinkers and they have bad food too. Of course Italians think they have the best food of in the world and maybe this can could be true. However what about Italians? I think non-Italian people claim Italians are good lovers, good chefs, and expansive, but on the other hand they are nosy, noisy, and sometimes rude and dishonest. If you think people keep on voting for Berlsuconi you can might consider us very stupid, but fortunately, nowadays people don't trust him anymore.
To conclude my funny note, I would like to say that people all over the world are equal and sterotypes are a funny way to joke :)
