Good food

In Peru, there are many restaurants.  If you like food you should visit my country especially in september because there is a festival called Mistura. In this festival you can to eat a lot of local food, it's not expensive. <em>only the queue (not sure what this last part is about)</em>.

I had visited Peru in July (I as recall) in 1995.  There was a festival in Cusco, and there were a lot of vendors with skewers of meat and a potato on top.  Do you know what that was?  I had several.
