Learning Japanese
Watashino namae ha Noah deto (watashi wa) Doitsu kara kitanda (better:kimashita).
*"Doitsu kara kimashita" means "I came from Germany" and we imagine that you aren't in Germany now. In the case that you introduce you being in your country, I would say "watashi wa Doitsu shusshin desu (=I was born in Germany)" or "watashi wa Doitsu jin desu (=I'm a German)".
*The particle "ha" is generally written with "wa" in roma-ji. I think writing it with "ha" is good, too, however, changing it to "wa" isn't good in one note.
Watashi wa chokore-to koujou de hataraite imasu.
Watashi wa daigaku no gakui o motte iru (better: motteimasu).
Shumi wa dokusho to o-tobai ni noru koto desu sa rete iru.
Watashi waga Nihon ni ryokou shite, itsutsu no gengo (?) wo hanashitai desu. ("I want to speak 5 languages" ?)
*It's not better not to mix up the formal and informal form so I made suggestions with the formal form.
I also uploaded a video of me speaking that:

Great job! You also tried to speak in Japanese, well done. I think speaking a bit more slowly and clearly would be better, please keep practicing. Good luck! I hope this was helpful.
