Hi Maria, if you learn language you need to know why you learn, what you expect from your learning. If you learn just to understand TV programs you need to choose which one is on your level of your listening skills. Another thing is if you want to improve your communication skills. In this case you need to practise your speaking not just listening.

I really need to improve my english listening. And also, of course, learn the everyday language)

I'm assuming your trying to learn the 'everyday' use of our language? Or maybe the U.S. slang way of English? English in the U.S., Canada and England, all have a different twist to it :-)
