平常的一天
平日 is a common phrase, and it doesn't work here. It might be a better idea to study this phrase later when you have good control of basic vacabulary. 典型的一天 is not the correct collocation although you do say a typical day. A typical day can be roughly translated to 平常的一天 which means an ordinary day. There are a couple of things I cannot explain about Chinese grammar. But I'm sure it doesn't sound natural to say 一个XX的天。
今天早上起来，我吃了早饭。
Although grammatically correct, '今天上午，我吃了早饭' sounds weird. You always have breakfast in the morning. So '今天上午' sounds redundant to Chinese ear. '今天早上起来，我吃了早饭。' means things happening successively. It has almost the same idea, but it doesn't sound awkward.
我一般得吃一片烤面包、水果，我也喝和两杯咖啡。
Again 平日 isn't used correctly here. Here's an example of the correct usage of it, 我平日早饭要吃10片面包5杯牛奶，可是今天早上才吃了一只橘子。 一般 means you usually do that.
得 actually means 'you have to have these things in the morning.'
I personally wouldn't use 我也 in this case because such usage sounds too wordy.

开 means begin, 工 means work, but 开工 doesn't mean 'begin to work' in this sense. I'm sorry to say that. 开工 actually means 'to begin a project'. For example 鸟巢建造工程2007年开工。
Sorry, 'work' means job and the place where you do the job in English. However, 工作 means the job alone. If you need to say the place where you work, you have to say 工作的地方 or things like that. Be cautious of the translation pitfalls. Normally, I would suggest beginners not translate, because translation is actually a lot more difficult than just writing in a foreing language.
同属: there's no such a phrase.
中午我回家吃午饭。下午我在电脑上工作。
Lunch translates to 午饭. But when you have lunch at noon in Chinese, 午 becomes redundant.
六点钟我回家。晚上我和喜欢看电视， 看一本书，还有学习中文。
