Hot Dog Eating Contest I saw a clip of hot dog eating contest on a website. That champion really ate a pile of hot dogs on a tray, unbelievable. And I’m wondering, do those competitors really need to eat so much? I think holding hot dog eating contests is not ethical. Because there are so many people suffering from a shortage of food in some countries. In my opinion, a waste has nothing to do with price, no matter how cheap it is. If your usage amount is higher than your demand, it’s a waste. And we shouldn't waste any food. Please check my essay, thank you

Hot Dog Eating Contest

I saw a clip of a hot dog eating contest on a website. The champion really ate a pile of hot dogs on a tray. Unbelievable!

And I’m wondering, do those competitors really need to eat so much?
I think holding hot dog eating contests is not isn't ["is not" is also correct, but it is more normal to contract the two into "isn't"] ethical, because there are so many people suffering from a shortage of food in some countries. In my opinion, a waste has nothing to do with price, no matter how cheap it is. If your usage amount the amount you eat is higher than your demand need, it’s a waste. And we shouldn't waste any food.

I think holding hot dog eating contests is not ethical. Because there are so many people suffering from a shortage of food/hunger in some countries. In my opinion, a waste has nothing to do with price, no matter how cheap it is. If your usage consumption amount is higher than your demand, it’s a waste. And we shouldn't waste any food.
