When is your best state/mood for learning language? 什么时候是你学习语言的最好状态？

I recognize that I dislike to learn English when I am down and or when I am too excited; I can keep maintain/achieve a normal learning speed <em>(that's not what the Chinese says however)</em> when I am/it is peaceful. (I am OK when it is/I am peaceful/quiet/calm) Haha, How about you?

我发现：我在失落的时候不喜欢学英语，在兴奋地时候也不喜欢学英语，在比较平静的时候还可以。哈哈，你呢？
