Present perfect continuous + over the last
Hi! Why is the usage of the present perfect continuous tense correct in the following sentence? Since there is "last month", I would have used past simple.
I've been thinking about what you said almost continuously over the last month.

Because it's "over the last month", that is "durante il mese scorso". It's an action that you do continuously, not only one time.

Hi! Because you can't make only one action over some time span (from the past till now). You did it constantly since you started thinking.
