There is no future for public transportation because travelling by car is so much more convenient.

I'm living in Orio, small town situated in Basque Country, north of Spain. Every day I take a bus to go to my work, because it is quicker and comfortable than a car. On the other hand, I have my own car, and I use it on weekends.

In my opinion, the public transportation is one of the best in goverment's services. It gives people who can't drive and can't pay their own cars the opportunity to travel. Or simply, it gives people who prefer using this kind of transportation the oportunity to travel. There are enough reasons for believing in it. But it doesn't mean that people should always use the public transport, or using cars is wrong. If you think that travelling by car is more convenient, do it.

Finally, I want to say that people who prefer travelling by car are not harming the public transportation, or at least, it is not totally wrong. Because people like me love both ways to travel.

Or simpler more simply, it gives the oportunity to travel to people who prefer to use public transport use this transport way. There are sufficient reasons to keep believing on it in public transport. But it this doesn't mean that people should always use the public transport, or that use using the car is wrong. If you think that travelling by car is more convenient, do it.

To finally, I want to say that people who prefer travelling by car are not harming public transport transport public, or at least, they are not killing it, because people like me, (you don't need this comma) love both ways to travel.
