Moreover, we usually use "頭 痛" as a verb, even "stomachache" which is "肚痛“ we use it as a verb .
However, when we are talking about the intensity, if you are "having a slight headache", we say "有少少頭痛“(少少means a bit of or slightly, which indicated the intensity).
Apart from this, "今天“is more common in Mandarin than in Cantonese, we use "今日" instead.
