Julie: Hi Lisa
Me: Who's speaking?
Julie: I'm Julie, Paul's friend. 
Me: How can I help you?
Julie: I am coming to Italy next week. I will visit Milan. Would you like to be my tourist guide?
Me: I'm sorry but next week I won't be in Milan. I'll be on holiday at the seaside.
Julie: Oh no!! I was hoping for your assistance. 
Me: Forgive me, I'm sorry.
