Hola Mauricio, Para me la mejor manera es escuchando a algo para que puedo leer el transcrito en ambos ingles y español. Estoy estudiando español, así que la primera vez escucho con el transcrito ingles, la segunda con español, y una vez más sin transcrito para ver cuantas puedo comprender.

Hello Mauricio, Yes, this is a good way to 'train' your ear to a new language. Conversations are an even better way, as you will also practice how to respond to what you are listening to.
