Steve job's formula She told how people can change the world. A lot of people have some ideas inside of them, but she said that idea was powerless. If you like to change the world you must to pull your idea out to the others. But it should be effective. Also, if you like to change the world your idea must to have presentation form. In your presentation should be two stages. First called "what is", it is past. Second is future and called "what it could be". At the end of the presentation is new bliss, it is people's achievements. For example, Steve Jobs change the world with his mobile phones. In the conclusion she said that future was the world that everyone created. I like this video and the idea of this presentation. I think it is very useful, educative and interesting. Her speech teach us how to gain our points and how create future. This can force people to decisive solution.

Steve Job's Formula

She talked about how people can change the world.

OK, we have a "rare case" here. :) "How...world" is a complex object, and not tied to a timeframe.

If you use tell, then you need to add who. She told us how people...

A lot of people have some ideas inside of them, but she said such ideas were powerless. If you wanted to change the world you had to pull your idea out to the and show others. But it should be effective. Also, if you wanted to change the world your idea had to have presentation form be presentable.

I'm following the "what she said" rule here. If you move must into the past, you need to write "had to". Also, "must to pull/have" is incorrect. The "to" particle never sits between must and the main verb.

In your presentation should be two stages. The first stage, called "what is", it is past. The second is the future and called "what it could be". At the end of the presentation is a kind of new bliss (very unnatural choice of words); it is the people's achievements (very vague). For example, Steve Jobs changed the world with his mobile phones. In her conclusion, she said that called the future was "the world that everyone creates". I like this video and the idea of this presentation. I think it is very useful, educational and interesting. Her speech teaches us how to gain our points (what points?) and how create the future. This can push people towards decisive solutions.

To be honest, you've dug a hole for yourself by trying to juggle ideals and reported comments. I would rewrite the whole paragraph and avoid the jumps in time.
