O wow that is cool that you are learning 70 new words a day! That is like 25,550 words in a YEAR!!!!! That is already at the native speaker level in terms of vocabulary size!!!!
By now you can see it isn't your vocabulary thats holding you back. Learning a Language is about failing and looking awkward. Look at babies and children they fail ALL the time. Learn to accept and embrace failure and looking like a fool. Think about how you learned to walk. You didn't say first I am going to get all the muscle in to the world and then I am going to walk. You simply tried to sit, then crawl, then squat, then one feet forward and then another. Only after falling down hundreds of time you were able to walk.
Dive in and talk and practice with native speakers. That is the only way you will connect your vocabulary words together and improve both your listening and speaking skills!
Btw Reading English books without guidance is REALLY hard. I know I tried to read Paradise Lost when I was twelve. I really commend you for trying.
I wish you all the best of luck!

Thanks a lot Kris and Arun
Kris, I will give a look at quizlet.com and practicing with myself sounds good .
Arun, I know MEMRISE but I read books and there are many words I don`t know and I want to master English in short time . now I learn 70 new words a day.
and practice with native is kinda awkward because of my skills in listening and conversation is so bad .
My plan to master English is "first learn a lot of vocabularies then improve my listening and conversation and finally improve grammar "
what do you think Kris and Arun of the plan ? does sound good ?
Thanks again , Bye ^__^

Practice and a lot of Practice with Native speakers. JACK MA is a perfect example of this phenomena. If you are having trouble learning and retaining vocabulary try a software like ANKI or MEMRISE (Memrise is a cloud based version). These softwares utilizes spaced repetition to add short term memories to your long term memories. Be patient! When I started using ANKI I was only learning about 5 new words a day. However, now I can easily learn 50 new words a day! This took over 2 years of HARD WORK! Still 5 new words a day for a year is 1825 NEW WORDS!

My best advice would be to try to use English as often as you can, even if it is only in your head. Whenever you are speaking your native language, try translating it in your mind into English. If you want to memorize new vocabulary, I recommend the website quizlet.com. It is incredibly helpful for memorization.
