MATURA EXAM I want to tell you how looks exam on the end o high school in Poland. You have to pass matura is you want to go on the Univeristy and if you have matura employer look at you better. We have to pass five exams which are required including: Polish- you have to answer for 16 questions and write composition. Usually you can choose interpretation of the line or thesis to which you refer based on the books. The next day you have an exam of math. The worst for me! You have to solve 34 tasks to 50 points, but you need only 30% to pass :) (it's my only hope). Then you have exam of foreign language (usually is for English langugage, but are exceptions). In the first part of exam you listen recording with people (always from UK) and on this basis, you have to select what they said. In the second part is grammar and reading comprehension. At the last you have to write a latter (the topic is always given. You have to write with British rules of writting). After written exams are spoken exams with Polish and (usually) English. Everybody also have to choose one or more school subject they depend on the field of study on which do you want to go. I chose history and WOS. WOS is about politics, socity, international relations, the political system in the country and abroad etc. I hope that everything will be OK. Kepp your fingers crossed :)

MATURA EXAM

I want to tell you about the exam at the end of high school in Poland. You have to pass Matura if you want to go on to university and if you have passed Matura, employers will look at you better. We have to pass five exams which are required including: Polish- you have to answer 16 questions and write a composition. Usually you can choose your own interpretation of the line or thesis to which you refer based on the books. The next day you have a maths exam. This is the worst for me! You have to solve 34 tasks to get 50 points, but you need only 30% to pass :) (it's my only hope). Then you have an exam of foreign language, which is usually in English but there can be exceptions. In the first part of exam you listen to a recording with people (always from UK) and on this basis, you have to select what they said. The second part is grammar and reading comprehension, and lastly, you have to write a letter, for which the topic is always given and you have to write using the British spelling rules. After the written exams are spoken exams with Polish and (usually) English. Everybody also must choose one or more school subject, depending on the field of study in which they want to pursue. I chose history and WOS, which is about politics, society, international relations and the political system of Poland and other countries.  I hope that I'll pass the exam! Keep your fingers crossed :)
