About the main purpose of schools. We start attending school as we turn 6-7 years old and spend there about 11 years of our lives. Not only we are studying there different subjects, which we might use in our jobs later on, but also we're building different kinds of relationships with our classmates and teachers. Depending on what has been more focused our attention (education or personal growth as individuals) there are various paths in development of human society. On the one hand, it is highly important for every person to get a proper basic education, to acquire necessary knowledge for further tuition at the university and to make a career at work. This requires mastering the skills in diverse subjects taught at schools, and also disciplin and persistency in learning. To achieve this teachers should pay close attention to the education system and the quality of the taught subjects with dispassionate and democratic attitude to all pupils at school. On the other hand, indifferent rate to the children can't sufficiently stimulate their personal learning activity and discover their potential as human beings and individuals. Here's why individual approach is so important in schoolteaching. All things considered, it can be concluded that a certain degree of composure in teaching is always necessary. But as we all are not robots, but living beings with our own unrepeatable unique individuality it is always essential to discern it in each kid and to try to help them to grow up into decent and respectable citizen, workers and individuals of our country.
