but if i don not understand what they talk about when i am listening,what should i do?listen it again and again or continue the next one?

Have you ever considered listening to podcasts? If your English listening is poor it means you should listen to more stuff. I suggest you listen "Luke's English podcast" and if you don't fancy it, don't despair, there are plenty of good material on internet. In terms of vocabulary, a good method is to choose these words in a contest that matters to you. I don't know your method, but bear in mind that writing the words you don't know with the equivalents in your language won't get you anywhere. In my opinion, it would be much much better if you also wrote a few sentences with the word in question. If you already do these things, I would advise you to learn some new words not every single day but you should dedicate a day to revise the ones previously chosen. Good luck!!!

Hello!!! My friend when you want to learn a new languahe, you should study it every day!!! For learning words it's better you have a notebook and write new words on it and read them every day. But for listening there are alot of listening books in library that they can help you like Impact listening....and also you can download them in internet. And short story with cd is very useful. Good luck.
