Wouid it be Hablo tu luego?

No. More conversationally correct would be hablamos más tarde, which is literally "we talk later," but works better to express what you want to say in English.

Hablaré contigo más tarde is a literal translation of "I will talk to you later," but it's not something I've ever heard anyone use in conversation.

¡Hola Cody! Hay muchas formas para poder decirlo: "Te hablo luego", "Hablamos más tarde", "Ya hablamos", "Espero hablar de nuevo", "Hasta pronto", "Hasta luego", "Hasta la vista", "Adiós" ... Espero que te sirva de ayuda mi comentario :)

Also, keep in mind also that there will be many regional and country to country differences as well, so there's often no 100% "correct" universally perfect answer that will apply to every speaker or situation, but what you have as responses so far should help. :)
