Pranayama I forgot to tall you one else story about my yoga-teacher. Yesterday, we had pranayama in the yoga-class, and Alex said: “If you don’t try to breathe carefully, you will go to a competition of spitting by alive crickets”. After that, a woman from our group said, that is very disgusting and stupid action. A guy said, that the crickets are very perfect material for spitting. However, anybody didn’t say about crickets abuse.
