I made tomato chicken soup tonight!
A couple of weeks ago, Monique had cooked this dish for us and It was amazing. I though it is perfect dish for winter.
The idea was suddenly poped up in my head and I decided to cook the dish.
First of all, I chopped the onions and sliced chicken thighs. And then I put them in the pan and stir fried it with 2 tea spoons of oil for 2 minuets.
After that, I poured a can tomato and a half glass of white wine.
Finally, I sprinkled Maggi's seasoning and set the alarm to go off after 30 minuets.
