Traveling is an activity that I enjoy to the maximum! I love going to different places and exploring. In my time of travel, I met a group of people that traditionally brew their own traditional beer. It was fascinating to see the process and effort it takes to make the traditional beer. They referred to it as “umqombothi” it had a distinctly sour aroma. I have never seen or tasted any beer like it. It was non transparent and light tan in color. The experience was a total gain and I learned a lot from it.
