Listen to a good recording, record yourself reading out the same text, compare and contrast and practice the words you pronounce differently. This is a common but good method :)

Practice makes perfect! It takes a lot of patience and determination but you can do it, you can listen many times to how a word is pronounced as well as watch how the speaker's mouth is moving, when you pay a lot of attention to that your brain will start recognizing the correct way to spell words.
