Yoga can give us a full body stretch. Stretching helps us to relieve muscle pain and increase flexibility. Yoga is sometimes combined with meditation. You feel relaxed during your yoga practice. It can promote both our physical and mental health. The first time I tried Yoga was when I was in secondary school. It was one of the PE lessons. I quite loved it because it helped me relieve sore muscles. After graduation, I attended a few yoga classes. But I do not have patience and perseverance as a result I give up quickly. Yet, I do follow some yoga Youtube channels sometimes, to do some simple yoga stretch. It helps me to reduce stress and ease muscle pain.
