Why do so many people change their career? I think the irreversible structural transformation (of the economy/the society?) is the main reason. Nowadays a lot of basic tasks can be carried out by robots, a few manual jobs were taken over by robot. So, it forces employees to change their career path to more demanding and skill-requiring jobs. Another reason is that many employees actually don’t know what kind of job suits them, so they need to try them one by one. Once they realize that they don’t like a job then they’ll just find another one.
