My favorite sushi is uni sushi.( sea urchin), once you put it in your mouth, you will taste the flavor of sea. After eating the uni sushi, drink a pint of chilled beer. That’s really enjoyable! At that moment, you will feel that life is wonderful !

Great job. You can say “I like both Italian food and Japanese food” however it is not necessary and you can just say “ I like both Italian and Japanese food”. Again, you can say “after eating the uni sushi...”, however ,because you are giving a command afterwards (“drink a pint of beer”), “after you eat...” sounds better.
