Sorry to trouble you, native English speakers. 1. It makes me mad for there to be so much trouble just getting in to see you. 2. It makes me mad for there to be so much trouble just in getting in to see you. 3. It makes me mad that there is so much trouble just in getting in to see you. 4. It makes me mad there is so much trouble just getting in to see you. Question: Which is grammatically correct? Do they all have the same meaning?

4 is correct. In my opinion, it is the only correct one. The others have needless prepositions. Having said that, some people might say those. All would be understood to have the exact same meaning.

Yikes! Lots of conflicting answers. For what you mean, I'd say 3 and 4 are both grammatical but 4 is much more idiomatic. I'd agree with Jonathan below though, there are better ways of saying it. 1 and 2 are, I think, just about grammatical, but the only way they can make sense is as nonsense ("for" has to mean something like "in order for", so they mean you are angry in order for there to be trouble).

They technically mean the same, but the 4th is the best one. Still I would change it to, It makes me mad there is so much trouble IN just getting to see you.

I guess you are using “getting in” to stress the difficulty of accessing the place such as a hospital or prison.

The answer is number 3. Number 4 won't sound strange to a native speaker's ear, but 3 is grammatically correct. First 2 sound weird with redundancy.
