It's not a meaning that comes to my mind when I hear, "I just want to be carried" full stop. If you want that to be understood, you'd need to say something like, "I just want to be carried where the wind takes me". The bare sentence means in someone's arms like a baby to me.

"go with the flow" is a good expression. I don't think you can really replace it with "I just want to be carried", in the contexts you describe. Although maybe you could use it (the "carried" image in a poetic way - e.g. in a poem...). It is difficult to judge without knowing the exact context that you have in. mind. Maybe you can put your expression into a full sentence. Then it would be easier to say how suitable/ appropriate/ natural it sounds.

"I just want to be carried" isn't something you will ever hear a native speaker say. If the goal it that you want to be carried like a baby, you could say something like "I just want to be held" or "I just want someone to hold me". As for the second definition ("I want to be like a feather carried away by the wind"), I would go with something like "I just want to go with the flow" or "I just want to go wherever the wind takes me".
