Based on the research I just did on the internet, Compot would be the currect answer, because it is a traditional Eastern European/ slavic beverage and there isn`t any other word for it as far as I know, however there is a traditional drink as a winter drink in Eastern Europe and America which is called Mulled wine, made with hot wine and spices and sweeteners. We don’t have an exact word. Some types of cordial are made from boiled fruit, but not all. Fruit compote is stewed fruit in syrup. It is a desert though. Often more solid than juices.

Neither of those terms would be understood to be a drink in English by themselves. Both are food terms and are desserts. I don't think a word for a drink made from boiled fruit exists. But if you're translating something, you could use the word 'compote' and the verb 'drink'. You can only drink a liquid so it'd be understood as a drink rather than a food.
