Study each day:
Use Anki flashcard app to learn phrases.
Read two paragraphs a day out loud, it's easy and simple.
Learn one grammar concept each week and write sentences.
Listening to English audio from your choice of podcasts, tv, music, etc.... daily while you cook, clean, travel, or exercise
