Exercise has a lot of impact on my life I must say. it has changed a lot my physical body fitness during the pandemic because I started to go to the gym during the pandemic. I felt that I was not strong enough that's why I felt less confident when it comes to physical activities because I know my body fitness but I had a perfect body shape I thought and other individuals also said that to me, however, I was not strong enough to do physical work, so I decided to go to the gym to make my physical stability to strong muscle and that was a great decision in my life I have ever made. after joining the gym I started to feel more confident when it comes to physical activities like sports or running and so on.
